Can an investor see my company without my permission?
No. You are invisible by default, and a verified firm only sees your full profile once you both opt in to a match. Nothing is revealed before that.
Does Resourceful sell or share my data?
Never. Your data is used only to match you with firms you approve. It is not sold, and it is not shared with the wider network.
What happens if I leave?
You can revoke access at any time. Your accounting connection is closed, your visibility ends immediately, and your profile is removed from the network.
Is this just Claude with a different logo?
No. Claude is the reasoning layer inside Scout AI. What makes Resourceful useful is everything around it: your live financial data read from connected systems, the verification and consent controls that keep it private, and the network of verified capital. On its own, a chat window has none of that context. The architecture is also model-flexible, so we are never locked to one vendor.
