How is the subscription priced?
By how many businesses you connect. A single business is $59 a month. A portfolio of up to four is $99 (connect three and your fourth is free). Up to six is $149 (connect five and your sixth is free). The more businesses you bring, the less each one costs.
What counts as a business?
Each company whose systems you connect is one linked business. An operator connects their own company; a fractional CFO or accelerator connects each client they bring onto the network.
What if I have more than six businesses?

What is the funding-transaction fee?
50 basis points on each funding transaction that closes through the platform, paid by the investor. Companies and advisors pay no funding fees. If nothing closes, there is no fee.
How do investors pay?
Verified capital is free for the first six months, then $199 a month. The investor pays 50 basis points on each funding transaction that closes through the platform. If you bring a portfolio of companies to manage, those run on the same per-business plan. Terms on the capital you deploy stay yours, whether equity, growth or private debt.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Companies and advisors get full access free for the first three months. Verified investors get six months, then $199 a month.
